Hon Bob Ogechi Agbugba is A Gift to Humanity
Deputy Chairman Umuahia North LGA, hon Bob Agbugba has been described as a gift to humanity, speaking while declaring the free jamb registration open at Umuahia North council headquarters, the chairman Hon Joseph Njinkeonye noted that his deputy is full of innovations each time you come across him.
Adding that education is key to life, he reiterated his total support towards education empowerment especially when it has to do with the less preveledged, noting that what happened at the council headquarters on Friday 14th May 2021 will give birth to future leaders, doctors, nurses, engineers and many other intellectuals.
Hon Njinkeonye thanked the good people of Umuahia North and her residents for supporting the People’s Democratic Party PDP the platform through which they came on board as chairman and deputy and pray God to sustain the tempo.
Also contributed was the President General Ohuhu Welfare Union Sir Obi Aguocha and his Ibeku Egwu Assa Development Union counterpart Sir Emeka Enyiazu expressed joy on the synergy between the two pilots of the council ship, adding that it has never been like this before.
Sir Aguocha prayed the students to excel their exams and assured them that the best brains will be assisted to pay both acceptance fee in the citadel of their choice and other related fees.
The traditional rulers who graced the occasion HRH Eze Ibezim chairman Umuahia North council of traditional rulers and his Ohuhu counterpart HRM Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu chairman Ohuhu council of traditional rulers rain accolades on the sponsor, while advising the students on the way forward.
According to them, ” the best way to pass exams is to study hard, if you pass your exams, we will stand to ensure the deputy chairman and others who witnessed this great occasion rally to help you get the admission without anyone denying you the opportunity” they said.
Responding, the deputy chairman Umuahia North LGA hon Bob Ogechi Agbugba (Abomark) said he is overwhelmed with joy to see the students smiling home with their desire to write jamb met with, he thanked his boss hon Njinkeonye for his speedy approval of the programme and promise to remain loyal through out their stay in the council, while expressing gratitude to his Ohuhu brothers who queued behind him on his vision thereby increased the number to 180.
Hon Agbugba who disclosed that he can see how bright the future is for the country as the multiplier effect of over 180 students will show results on families and relatives of the recipients.
