Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who monitored the situation on hearing of the incident personally ensured the immediate deployment of men of the state fire service and security agents to bring the fire under quick control, hence, preventing other buildungs from being affected, wishes to assure the general public that investigations into the remote and immediate causes of the fire incident will commence immediately while those affected will be fully supported so they can recover from the incident as quickly as possible.
