Inside Abia: Police Gave Bleeding Eye to Umuahia Based Auto Electrician

Three Police operatives, who mounted a check point in the former Mgbuka area of Umuahia metropolis have given bleeding eye to an Abia based Auto-Electrician after tagging him a criminal.
Citizen Christopher Madumere, their victim was described his neigbors as a gentleman by all standerd, who by all ramifications know his job to his finger tips.
But on November 22, last year, an incident that brought tears to the eyes of onlookers happened to Madumere at his work environment.
Three Abia based police officers from the Central police station, Umuahia, said to have mounted a check point beat him to stupor after labeling him a criminal.

The incident happened on the fateful evening of November 22, 2021 around 5.30 pm. Madumere who spoke about his ordeal narrated to Sunnews Times in Umuahia, and painted a picture of cruelty and man’s inhumanity to man.
Those who know him or have come across him in course of his duty will not mince words in testifying that he is calm both in appearance and character.
He is someone who avoids trouble like a plague and would instead leave the matter in contention if only that will restore peace.
His calmness has become atrade mark by which people know him, and it reflects in his character , attitude, behavior and work ethics.
Auto-electrical challenges are handled by him to the satisfaction of his customers who can be patient with him because he is not always in a hurry in doing his work, but does it in such a dedicated manner like one whose life depends on it.
