Ofeme 2023: That our future may be secured from rot
Have you ever wondered why the future is often emphasized in human communication and behavior? A lot of actions are taken or avoided for posterity sake because the world generally is considered to be rotational.
As such, deeds done in the past will tell on their doers someday in the future.
Those who know the implication of negative decisions taken in ignorance or disobedience usually have bitter tales to share, when relating their experiences with others. Hence, they advice on carefulness when taking decisions. The same can be applied in politics.
The trend in politics has always been the choice of a candidate perceived to be the ideal person, only for regrets to come in later. Many leaders thought to be genuine have ‘scammed’ their followers after winning elections and kept very long distances from them. This then has created a wide gap between political leaders and believability.
However, since the act of governance would not cease, one has to apply wisdom in deciding on choices for future politician situations, especially the 2023 House of Assembly election which is just months away.
Even when lots of persons have thrown their hats out in the ring, one must not be confused on who the cap really fits this time.
We have had enough of being used, enslaved and deprived in this state, and should not be taken back there again with our full consent. Thanks to God Almighty for sending a man with the revival mission (Onyinye Ohuhu) a very dedicated, sincere and people-oriented person, Chief Raymond Onyinyechi Ofoegbu, we have seen the light and that light must shine on! We must remain and pursue the light that our future may be secured from rot.
That light which we must pursue is Raymond Onyinyechi Ofoegbu, (Onyinye Ohuhu) a worthy son of the soil and a man with the thoughts of the masses. Ofoegbu who is an already made entity isn’t seeking the seat to amass wealth or fame for himself, but to serve the people in his God-given capacity, and he will.
