We have been nursing broken future and dashed hopes. Almost all the strata of governance have collapsed, general insecurity is assailing citizens on daily basis, the economy is hanging on a delicate balance while the people we voted into power wallow in breathtaking opulence.
But now it becomes so imperative to change this dangerous trend.
Ohuhu has repeatedly played second fiddle in the political enterprise in the state.
We have really been shortchanged in elective and appointive positions in Abia state.
We are always serving as the sacrificial lamb to assuage the political appetite of our fellow stakeholders.
Our voice in the ABHA has been chronically inaudible as it was muffled by greed,avarice and lack of adequate representation.
But the story will soon change for good.
High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has accepted to carry this burden of service to the next level.
He has seen sufferings, despondency and lack of government presence and patronage in Ohuhu land.
He has observed that the behemoth, APC and PDP are basically the same and they are united in primordial wickedness, and most corrupt than devil itself.
He is also aware that his people needed a radical departure from the status quo.
And he has vowed that Ohuhu will not experience this bitter experience of negligence and ineptitude.
He has elected to serve Ndi Ohuhu.
