WHEN PROMISES ARE DANDIFIED WITH GENEROUS COMMITMENTS

When you see commitment and the desire to serve in the lips of a leader you will be rightly convinced and properly guided to ascertain it’s sincerity.
High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has taken Ohuhu’s political space with a new found innovation of making explicit declarations of what he intends to do to fast track Ohuhu’s political/legislative regeneration.
Let us briefly ruminate on the kernels of his altruistic intentions as he is being ushered into ABHA in the next few weeks.
Firstly, for the first time in our chequered political evolution,High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has promised to ‘mortgage his renumerations/salaries/emoluments etc for the overall development of Ohuhu Constituency.
This fund will be placed on Ohuhu’s collective table where they will decide what they will do with it in a four year stretch.
This is what Ohuhu people know that he can conveniently do because his investments in bringing happiness and succour to Ohuhu families has surpassed such emoluments.
Again, the indefatigable High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has vowed not to be a docile arm chair representative endlessly waiting for fortuitous legislation that will impact positively on his constituents.Rather,he will originate a platform that will serve as a bastion for Ohuhu’s rapid development through a sustainable synergy with international donor agencies that will unleash development funds for multidimensional developmental indices in Ohuhu land.
With his extensive, pervasive foreign contacts, he can effortlessly make it come to fruition because that has been his familiar terrain.
Thirdly, High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has been passionate about sterling and exquisite governance which a responsible executive/legislative synergy can afford, hence he promised to partner with the incoming Executive Governor to make democratic dividends nearer and bearable to our people.
Fourthly,as a world class entrepreneur and an inveterate employer of labour, he would use his stint in ABHA to align with progressive-minded colleagues in making employment-friendly laws to create jobs for our people and at least to keep our youths away from the streets and drug appeal.
Lord Sieff gave us a summation of what we would see in High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia as he assumes his seat to represent the good people of Ohuhu in ABHA, when he said inter alia, “Leaders must be seen to be upfront, up-to-date, up to their job…. and up early in the morning”
High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has sacrificed prime times and resources to galvanize Ndi Ohuhu on his fresh development mantra.
It remains to be seen how many of his fellow contestants that can come up with anything similar to what this political honcho has thrown in the ring.
Ohuhu’s narrative will be changed for good if they will collectively hand High Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia the mandate to implement the above-stated programs to the letters.
